VIP levels
VIP levels: lower trading fees for active traders.
The more you trade or hold on SigSig, the lower your trading fees. There are nine levels, from Regular to VIP 8. Open More → Fees & VIP to see your level, how you reached it and what’s missing for the next one.
Levels and fees
Section titled “Levels and fees”You reach a level through your 30-day futures volume, or your 30-day spot volume, or your assets on SigSig, whichever gives you the highest level.

VIP 6 to VIP 8 are reached through trading volume only (futures or spot). Spot needs a tenth of the futures volume for the same level. The fees in the table are futures fees.
How your level is worked out
Section titled “How your level is worked out”- Once a day, shortly after 01:30 UTC. Your new fee applies from then on.
- Volume: your futures volume of the last 30 complete days (UTC), Options included (Orderly counts the USDC value of every Options fill as futures volume), and your spot volume of the same days: the USD value you paid in completed swaps.
- Assets: the value of your assets on SigSig (USDC, and other coins at market value; open profit or loss is not counted). They are checked twice a day at random times, and the lower of the two counts.
- Moving up happens with the next daily check: the day after you reach the volume or deposit the assets.
Keeping your level
Section titled “Keeping your level”- Volume: if your 30-day volume (futures and spot) drops below your level, you keep it for 7 more days. Fees & VIP shows a notice with the date and the futures or spot volume that’s missing. If it’s still below after 7 days, you move down one level, and the 7 days start again.
- Assets: a level reached through assets follows your assets. If they drop below it, your level changes with the next daily check.
Other ways to a VIP level
Section titled “Other ways to a VIP level”- VIP match: already a VIP on another exchange? Contact us with proof of your level (Fees & VIP → VIP upgrade, or Telegram). We set a matching level for a limited time; after that, your volume or assets decide as usual.
- Partner codes: some partners’ referral codes come with a VIP level for a limited time, counted from the moment you enter the code.
- Campaigns: from time to time all traders get a higher level for a limited period. Campaigns are announced in the app.
You always get the highest level you qualify for; the levels don’t add up.
Notifications and badge
Section titled “Notifications and badge”- The bell (top right) tells you when you move up, when you move down, and when the 7-day grace starts.
- Your level (or Regular) shows at the top of the Account menu (click your wallet address). Click it to open Fees & VIP.
- From VIP 1, your level shows as a badge next to your name in the Trollbox. You can hide it in Settings → Trollbox → Show my VIP badge.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- VIP levels lower your futures fees. The spot fee is the same for everyone; your spot volume still counts towards your level.
- If your fees were agreed individually with the SigSig team, they stay as agreed.
- Affiliates: your commission is a share of SigSig’s part of the fee your traders actually pay. On traders with a VIP level it is lower accordingly. See Affiliate.
