Emergency Exit

Your funds don’t depend on the SigSig website. They sit in Orderly Network’s smart contracts, and only your wallet can withdraw them (Your Funds & On-chain Verification). If SigSig can’t be reached (the site is down, or a security incident means you’d rather not use it), you can still get your money out through Orderly’s Emergency Exit page:

What it does

• Closes all your open positions.
• Withdraws your funds to your wallet.

It is run by Orderly Network, the exchange infrastructure SigSig is built on, and works for every exchange on Orderly, SigSig included.

How to use it

1. Open offboarding.orderly.network: type the address yourself or use the link on this page.
2. Connect the same wallet you use on SigSig (EVM wallets such as MetaMask, Rabby or WalletConnect; Solana wallets such as Phantom or Solflare; or Abstract Global Wallet).
3. Follow the steps to close your positions and withdraw. Every step is signed by your wallet.

Note

Signed in to SigSig with email, Google or X? Your wallet is created by Privy (Wallet & Security). Export its private key first (top right → your address → Export private key) and import it into a wallet such as MetaMask, so you can connect it on the Emergency Exit page.

Caution

Only use the exact address offboarding.orderly.network. Beware of look-alike links in messages, chats or ads. The page never asks for your seed phrase or private key; no real one does.

When to use it

• SigSig’s website or app doesn’t load for a longer time.
• SigSig announces a security incident and asks you to use it.
• You want to leave and can’t reach the website.

As long as SigSig works normally, close and withdraw on SigSig as usual.
