Collateral is the money in your SigSig account that backs your positions. ## Depositing Click **Deposit**, choose the network and asset, and confirm the transaction in your wallet. Your funds are credited once the transaction is confirmed on-chain. ## Following a deposit or withdrawal While a deposit is on its way, the assets box shows **You have a pending transaction** with a pulsing dot and the estimated time. Every deposit and withdrawal also appears in the **notifications** (bell icon in the top bar) as pending, successful or failed. Unread notifications are counted on the bell. ## Supported collateral **USDC** is the main collateral. Where other assets are accepted, each one counts with a **collateral ratio** — a haircut that accounts for its price risk. The deposit window shows which assets and networks are currently supported. ## Withdrawing Click **Withdraw**, choose the network and amount and confirm. Unsettled PnL is settled first. Withdrawals are paid out to your connected wallet. ## Keeping your account safe Your collateral is held in the smart contracts of the Orderly Network settlement layer, not in a wallet controlled by SigSig.
